About ACCS
Preamble
The undersigned, acting as directors of a nonprofit association in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform Unincorporated Nonprofit Association Act, being Chapter 7, Title 53, Idaho Code, do hereby adopt the following bylaws:
Article I
Name, Principle Office, and Authorized Agent
1.1 Name. The name of the association shall be the Association of Classical and Christian Schools, abbreviated hereafter as ACCS.
1.2 Principle Office. The initial principle executive office of the ACCS shall be, 205 E. 5th Street, Moscow, Idaho 83843
1.3 Agent. The initial agent authorized to receive service of process shall be: Douglas Wilson
1.4 Registration and Change of Agent. The Board of Directors is authorized to register the name of the authorized agent with the office of the Secretary of State of Idaho, or change the registered agent, pursuant to Idaho Code Section 53-710.
