Article XI
Amendments to Bylaws
11.1 Procedure for Amendment. These by-laws may be altered, amended, or repealed by a two-thirds vote of the board at the annual meeting, or any regular or special meeting, provided the member schools of ACCS have received written advance notice of the proposed changes or amendments, at least ten days prior to the meeting; provided that the amount set for annual membership dues may be amended by a majority of the Board of Directors at any time, and without notice.
